People change, and I was certainly ready for one. While I truly enjoyed my two decades as a marketer in large entertainment corporations, it was time to try something different. Today as a consultant, I try to work with a wide variety of companies, both for-profits and not-for-profits, always listening first to truly understand what my clients need. I see many leaders getting sidetracked given a seemingly endless amount of new and “urgent” issues that arise on a daily basis. These issues unfortunately, sidetrack key strategic projects critical for business growth and this is where I step-in, take project ownership, and deliver tangible results.
