Bio

David Hutchin is a marketing consultant who strives to do meaningful work that mixes integrity with results. As a brand management and marketing specialist, he’s held positions in the music, movie, and television divisions of both Warner Bros. and 20th Century Fox studios, working on an array of marquee entertainment brands, from Madonna to Red Hot Chili Peppers to the Harry Potter movie franchise and Homeland TV series, managing multi-country P&Ls, and holding the title of Executive Director of Marketing at Fox (2011-2015).

In 2016, he traded the Hollywood studio life for the challenge of a new venture and the opportunity to focus on both community and family. He joined a non-profit’s Board of Directors, studied new marketing technologies, and entered into a partnership with a Santa Monica based marketing firm. David partners with his clients for the long-term, delivering a mix of honesty, business savvy and marketing insight gathered over decades as a marketing executive.

Outside the office David’s passions include music, cycling, and helping local and national charities that benefit children. He holds an MBA from Boston University, BA from UCSB in Political Science/International Relations and is fluent in Spanish. He stays current with marketing technology, holds current HubSpot CRM marketing and Google Certifications and a Executive Education certificate from Kellogg School of Management in Digital Marketing Strategies: Data, Automation, AI and Analytics (2020). David resides in Los Angeles with wife Julia, some wonderful dogs - including his black pug, Luna, and tries to minimize phone calls to his college age kids Ethan (SDSU) and Grace (USC).
